Villa Eriksberg

This villa is located by the sea, just 15 km from the center of Porvoo. Two sea-side terraces of the villa allow guests to enjoy the sun through the whole day during the summer time. The sea and villa's private dock are just 40 meters from the front door. The villa has four bedrooms and it accommodates up to ten people. The villa is in two floors and equipped with all the comforts. Living room, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom, and utility room/bathroom are in the first floor. Living room has a fireplace and direct sea views. The second floor has three bedrooms and a lounge area with a sofa bed. The family bathroom with sauna and a terrace for cooling of are also on the second floor. The villa has a spacious yard. There is a separate gazebo & barbecue area in the courtyard where guests can cook and sit down in the peaceful surroundings of the countryside. In addition to the gazebo's barbecue area, there is also a gas grill in the yard. The villa has a dock on the beach for easy access to go swimming in the sea. Villa has a garage and private parking. You can also arrive to the villa by boat. Villa offers comfortable accommodation through the year. During the summer time guests will find nice yard games at the villa and during the winter there are sleds to race in the snow. Depending on the season there are also many activities near by like fishing, rowing, motor boating, golfing, cycling and skiing. There is also a hot tub in villa's yard, that can be rented separately.
