Villa Blomvik

Villa Blomvik is a cozy villa on the island of Kråkö by the sea. Villa has a living room-kitchen, bedroom with double bed, shower room / WC, sauna (electric stove), hall, glazed terrace (the glass wall facing sea can be completely opened). There is a fireplace on the terrace and a dinner table for 6 persons. Also a bench, if there is more quests. You can get with car to the Villa. Under floor heating in the bedroom and shower room / toilet. Washer and dryer in the bedroom behind the closet. Air source heat pump. Barbecue hut where gas grill and wood heated grill. Quite shallow sanded clay bottom, but from the end of the jetty the water is already deep. No boat included in the price, but motor boat can be rented – See additional services. Note! There is also a wood-fired stove (so called Aito-kiuas, heating requires exprerience) in the sauna. Aitokiuas is only available on the day of arrival. – See additional services. Outdoor jacuzzi available for rent. The nearest neighbor house is the owner's house on the same site. The owner does not live in the house when there are clients in Villa Blomvik. The owner may, however, occasionally visit his house, eg. cutting a lawn. The owner will tell the customer on the day of arrival eg. when the grass may be cut. Owner has also neighboring Villa Eriksberg for rental. The yard has outdoor lights (twilight switch). Behind the villa's backyard there is country road, which is not a major inconvenience.
