Villa Aspen B

Villa Aspen is a brand new, 3-storey villa build in 2020 right by the southern slopes of Levi. The location is perfect for cross-country and downhill skiing, snowmobiling and other winter activities. Villa Aspen offers a great and functional setting even for larger groups such as families, companies and groups of friends. Villa Aspen has two apartments (A&B) with high quality equipment. The apartments are similar to eachother, both have three floors and accommodation for 12+2 guests. We haven't settled for little decorating and equipping the apartment; everything is designed to match even the most demanding needs. This 5-star villa has enough space for both get-togethers and spending time alone. 6 double bedrooms, each with an Android TV, offer you privacy. High quality beds and lofty pillows and blankets make sure that you sleep each night like a baby. Spacious living room, dining space and kitchen in the middle floor invite your whole entourage to cook and spend time together. During daylight, large windows offer a great view of mountain views that open far and wide. During dusk, you might witness the beauty of northern light. Fireplace, lighting that can be modified and high quality sound system of Genelec create an atmospheric environment. The living room has access to a terrace. On the middle floor there's also 2 bedroom (about 15 square metres) and a toilet/bathroom. Entrance floor has a spacious lobby, a living space, a bedroom, 2 separate toilets, a dressing room, a shower room, a sauna and a clothing maintenance space. The shower room has 2 showers and the sauna is suited for 8 people. In the sauna facilities you'll enjoy the heat under a flickering starry night lighting. After the sauna you can cool down in the living space watching tv, drinking cold beverages and listening to music. The living room has a 50 inch TV, a Genelec sound system, and a sofa bed for 2 people. The dressing room has a fridge for sauna beverages. The bedroom has 2 single beds and a TV. The clothing maintenance area has closet space for outdoor clothes, shoes and ski boots, a washing machine with a drying function, 2 drying cabinets and iron + ironing board. The top floor has a lobby area, 3 bedrooms and a toilet/bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other two have two separate beds and a pull-out chair. The villa has a Wi-Fi. Outdoor opens with a code, so you can come and go as you please.
