Completely renovated Villa offers modern accommodation and accessories throughout the year. The kitchen is very well equipped suitable for more demanding needs as well. Villa offers two saunas, 8 beds and two 2-persons extra beds. A breathtaking scenery over the lake and the rocks opens behind the Villa. A big backyard terrace and the patio of the lakeside sauna offer a possibility to organize a memorable get-together or unforgettable festivities. Villa offers potential to organize relaxation days of enterprises, business and client meetings, holiday trips for companies and private persons. Various camp and nature activities are possible as well. If needed, the Villa offers extra beds for 2 to 4 persons. The convertible sofa opposite of the fireplace in the utility room opens to a 140 cm wide bed. The convertible sofa in the living room functions as well as a 140 cm extra bed. We have a spacious boat ramp that allows a launch of big boats. There is a wide parking place around the boat ramp. Ask us for catering services: breakfast, lunch and dinner menus and packages! We rent two strong pop up tents (4x8m) for outdoor festivity purposes. In order to strengthen the principles of sustainable development and preservation of diverse nature environment we have founded a nature protection program in the nearby of Villa Saimaansini.
