Villa has total living area of 200m2, where a spacious living room (86m2) with a high ceiling is one of the best parts of the villa. Through the living room windows you'll see the lake from three different directions.
In addition with the living room, the villa also has a modern open plan kitchen, large sauna area (electric sauna), and two bedrooms. In a 54-square-meter guest cabin, which also has all the amenities like a kitchen, toilet and sauna, you'll find additional sleeping space in two bedrooms.
The villa has terraces to three directions, so you can enjoy sunlight all day. The guest cabin also has a terrace which is illuminated by both day and evening sun. Shoreline is 300 metres long and right by the beach you'll find a summer kitchen for bbq nights. In the morning, it's nice to take a dip in the pure and clear water of Saimaa by a private dock. In the evening you can go rowing to enjoy the sunset.
A nearby village resort has all the services you'll need, including minigolf, disc golf and a tennis court. The village has a summer cafe. You can even arrive by a bigger boat to your own pier (private use only!).
