Villa Haukiranta

Villa Haukiranta, built in 2018, is located 13 kilometres from Savonlinna centre. This log villa can accommodate guests all year round. Upstairs has a total area of 45 square metres whereas downstair area is 109 square metres. The equipment is equivalent of one in a detached house. Haukiranta has a long, slowly deepening sand beach. Sun rises from the front of the house. The living room has a magnificent view to Lake Saimaa and evening sun. This villa is perfectly suited for families with children and for example a vacation of two families. Closest neighbour is within a sight range and families with children often spend their vacation on the bay beach. The neighbour's tennis court can be seen from the villa. In wintertime there is possible to ski and skate in Savonlinna. There is also a small downhill skiing center in Savonlinna: Ruunarinteet. Downstairs there is a well equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, and a kettle. Living room has two couches, TV and Xbox 360. In the utility room you'll find a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The villa has a spacious sauna in the main building. There's also a smoke sauna by the beach, which can be used if agreed with the owner. First bedroom is downstairs and three others are upstairs. The villa is located close to Linnansaari national park (38 km), town of Punkaharju (39 km), Kolovesi national park (52 km) and city of Savonlinna (13 km).
