Villa Kätkö is a very high-quality luxury villa completed in 2019 and located in the hillside of Iso-Syöte fell. The villa has a space of 228 square meters and can accommodate up to 13 guests. The four bedrooms accommodate a total of 10 people and the loft has three extra beds. One bedroom is located on the entrance floor, there is also a toilet with shower on this floor. In the truly spacious utility room all the clothes and fittings of the big group can be dried and sorted. There is a large garage/storage area next to the utility room. The master bedroom with its own toilet & shower is located on the second floor. There are also two other bedrooms and one separate toilet on this floor. There is a large lounge area, which combines a living room, a dinner table for 16 people and an open fully-equipped kitchen, which has a large kitchen islet that is very useful for larger groups for example for breakfasting or socializing. The large windows in the lounge-space are excellent for spotting northern lights from the warmth of the couch. There is a small loft on top of the dining area, which works as a bedroom for three people. From the lounge area, you can reach a spacious warmed terrace, which has a table for 8 people, a large corner sofa, a gas grill for bbq and pizza oven. The terrace has efficient heaters that, together with the glazing, allow you to stay on the terrace all year round. The villa also has a fireplace room, sauna with beautiful shingle panel on the walls, bathroom with 3 showers and a toilet. From the fireplace room you gan go to bath to the outdoor jacuzzi and enjoy the amazing view or the starry sky. A beautiful view of the nature of Iso-Syöte and the magic of the southern Lapland of Finland opens from the windows of this luxurious villa in every direction. Villa Kätkö is a true gem of architecture, where natural materials get to shine. You can either go straight to the slopes, ski track or a bike trip for instance, directly from the yard of the Villa.
