The services in Äkäslompolo village are nearby – about 2 km by car, and in winter, a 10–15 minute walk across the ice on the lake.

The villa has been designed for a comfortable and seamless stay – without compromising on luxury and elegance. With more than 370 m² of space, you’ll have six bedrooms, four bathrooms, and separate sauna and bathing facilities at your disposal.

The main floor houses the primary living areas, the sauna section, a kitchen, an office, and two double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, while the office next to the other bedroom includes a 140 cm sofa bed. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped: a full set of dishes for 20 guests, plus special items such as an ice maker, blini pan, and raclette and fondue sets. From the living and dining area, you can step out to a covered terrace with views of the lake and village. Spacious covered terraces on two sides of the building lead to the yard and the ground floor. In the sauna section, you can enjoy the steam of an Iki stove and relax in the jacuzzi.

Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms (2 x 120 cm, 2 x 90 cm, 1 x 120 cm), a WC, a bathroom, a cozy lounge, and a small kitchen. Each floor is equipped with entertainment devices as well as essential kitchenware, a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, and kettle. Guests always arrive to beds made up with Eriklinna’s own bed linens and fluffy down duvets.

The ground floor offers inviting spaces for both young and adult guests. Here you’ll find a private spa, a lounge, and a bar. The spa area features a steam shower, aroma and chromotherapy lighting, two footbath basins, and space for relaxation. The ambiance is enhanced with soothing music and adjustable lighting. The bar comes fully equipped with wine-tasting accessories, a wine cabinet, glasses, cocktail equipment, and another ice maker.
