Enjoy your stay in a peaceful place near nature. New and charming chalet built in 2017 right by the centre of Levi. This modern apartment has a bedroom, a living room-kitchen, a hallway, a bathroom with a toilet and a sauna. Equipment and beds for 4 people; in the bedroom 2 single beds, and 2 extra beds in the sofa chairs of the living room.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building, and you have access there by stairs or on an elevator. The balcony is as wide as the apartment, and it has balcony furniture. Free parking is available, a car port with a heating pole, and a cabinet for skis. Pets not allowed. The location of apartment is only 150m from the ski slopes and 50m from the illuminated ski track.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Final cleaning is always included in the rental price. The accommodation may not be used by more guests than the number of persons stated in the booking phase. The price of the accommodation includes pillows, blankets, basic crockery, water and electricity, firewood, toilet paper (2 roll/toilet), kitchen paper (1 roll), dishwasher tablets, dishwashing detergent, hand soaps, and sauna pamphlets. Bed linen and towels can be rented at an additional price of €25/set or you can bring your own. You can choose additional services later in the shopping cart phase.
Although the final cleaning is included in the price, the customer is required to hand over the accommodation in normal living conditions, i.e. furniture and equipment in place and intact, trash removed and dirty dishes placed in the dishwasher. The owner and caretaker of the cottage are not responsible for the goods stored or left in the apartment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottage! If there has been smoking in the accommodation, we will charge cleaning costs (min. €300). The renter is not responsible for allergy symptoms or other problems caused to the customer by unauthorized smoking or animal dust. It's prohibited to bring your own hot tub on the property. The use of tents, mobile homes and caravans on the plot of the holiday apartment is also prohibited.
KEY HANDOVER
You will receive instructions for checking in and handing over the keys by email before the start of your stay. The accommodation has a key box, the code of which you can get from the caretaker. It is recommended to agree on the time of arrival and the key handover with the caretaker of the property no later than 2 business days before arrival. The owner has the right to recover the costs caused by the loss of the key (e.g. reserialization of locks and new keys). We charge a 50e extra fee per key for a lost key.
DAMAGES
The customer is obliged to directly compensate the owner for damages caused to the accommodation facility or its furniture during the rental period, intentionally or unintentionally. Damage caused must be reported immediately to myynti@lomavuokra.fi.
DISTURBANCE OR TERMINATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT DUE TO AN EMERGENCY SITUATION
If the customer does not stop causing disturbance or danger to those in the same or neighboring property, despite the notice given by the owner of the accommodation or his representative, the owner of the accommodation or his representative has the right to terminate the rental relationship immediately. The expenses caused by the above measures will be invoiced to the customer and the rent will not be refunded. The expenses caused by the existing measures will be invoiced to the booker.
COMMENTARY
All comments and complaints related to the accommodation facility's equipment and condition must be addressed immediately after their topic arises during the vacation to the forwarder or directly to the owner of the cottage. If, during the rental period, the customer has not been in contact with the manager or the owner of the cottage about possible problems, he loses the right to possible refunds. The owner of the cottage is not obliged to compensate the customer for possible inconvenience or expenses caused by natural conditions, insects, moles, unexpected weather changes, construction work on neighboring plots, possible equipment changes, problems caused by a third party (e.g. interruptions in the water, electricity or road network).
