Loihtu is a modern and comfortable complex renovated in the traditional Iso-Syöte ski lodge, offering meeting and accommodation facilities for up to 15 people. The building was completed in 1990, but was totally renovated in 2021. The villa can also be used for a family party and is very well suited for a multi-family holiday together. On the first floor you will find a large living and dining area with fully-equipped kitchen, sauna, shower room, dressing room and two toilets. Meetings are also possible in the living and dining area, as there is seating places at the table for everyone. On the second floor there are six bedrooms and a lobby area that works well as a living room, two toilets and one shower. There is one bedroom with a double bed, four bedrooms with two single beds and one bedroom with three single beds. In addition, there is a small loft with two single beds. There is also a travel cot and a high chair for toddlers at the villa. In front of the villa there is a large partly covered terrace with a year-round outdoor jacuzzi. The terrace also has outdoor furniture and a BBQ. From the terrace, you can also access the cozy wood-heated sauna. In the yard of the villa there is also a spacious hut for atmospheric evening parties by the bonfire. The location of the villa is excellent; the ski trails run right next to the villa and the slopes and the nearest restaurants are just a few hundred meters away. The Iso-Syöte frisbee golf course also starts in the yard of the villa and the Visitor Centre of the National Park is only a few hundred meters away.
