Mäntyranta is a well-equipped cottage in a lovely, quiet location by the pond. The cottage was completed in 2014 and it can accommodate 5 people. It has a total space of 64 square meters and is ideal for example for family. Mäntyranta is a unique destination, with a large private plot and a private beach. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, one bedroom with two single beds, sauna and shower room with a toilet. The spacious loft has two single beds. There is a gate for children at the top of the stairs. The cottage's terrace is partly covered and has outdoor furniture for dining and relaxing. There is a wood-heated beach sauna on the shore of the pond and it is available for an extra fee. During summer, the cottage has pier and a rowing boat available on its own beach. There is also a table group in the yard. You can swim and fish from your own beach. Mäntyranta is located in a quiet location and the closest grocery store can be found less than 5km away. The slopes and services of Iso-Syöte fell are 8km away. The closest ski track runs close to the cottage, less than one kilometer away. Additional info: Final cleaning included. There's a highchair and a baby bedin the cottage. During the summer a small wharf and a rowing boat is available. At extra charge: linen and towels.
