Syötteen Uuvana

Syötteen Uuvana is a high-quality and cozy cottage in the new area of Luokkavaara, between Iso-Syöte fell and Pikku-Syöte fell. This modern cottage was completed in 2017 and can accommodate up to 9 persons. Syötteen Uuvana has a space of 102 square meters. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and large windows offering great views to the Iso-Syöte fell, a well-equipped modern kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, each with a double bed, sauna, shower room and a separate toilet. The second floor of the cottage is a spacious loft. The loft has one 120cm wide bed and two extra mattresses. The living room also has a double sofa bed for extra people. In summer, the cottage's terrace is furnished. Syötteen Uuvana's guests can use a Stiga kicksled and bobsleigh and a normal sled. The cottage's location offers excellent views of Iso-Syöte fell and its slopes. The main ski track of the Iso-Syöte fell is close by and in summer there is also a short distance to cycling and hiking trails. The distance to the center of Iso-Syöte is less than 2km. ADDITIONAL INFO: At extra charge: linen and towels 17 €/person not ready-made, 22 €/person beds ready-made, bathrobes 10 €/person, firewood 15 €/bag. Final cleaning included. Notice!
