Villa Springrock is close by yet far away. This solid, highly valued brick building is located almost at the demographic centre of Finland, just a 1-1.5-hour drive away from the centres of Southern Finland.
On nearly 3 hectares of completely neighbourless forest land, you can be sure that your group has the space and the freedom to exercise, explore, relax, and celebrate! Here, you can easily host gatherings for friends, conferences for small and medium businesses, or various types of events for foreign clients. In the yard, you’ll find all the amenities for even the most demanding tastes, from hot tubs to jacuzzis and from game rooms to barrel saunas.

GENERAL INFORMATION: Located in Leppäkoski, Janakkala, this multi-purpose and conference villa offers peace and privacy on almost 3 hectares of forest land, completely without neighbours, year-round.
MAIN HALL AND LOUNGE/CONFERENCE SPACES: The main hall/conference space of about 45 square metres has room for up to 20 guests around a long table and a large sofa group. Behind the main hall’s open fireplace is a changing room/lounge area with a scenery bar counter overlooking the forest garden. The villa is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi. In the main hall, there’s a 70-inch flat-screen TV, and in the changing room/lounge area, as well as in the small office, there are 55-inch flat-screen TVs.
About 50 metres away from the main building is a roughly 35-square-metre game room, decorated in a wilderness style. We rent out the game room for an additional fee at the time of accommodation booking.
ACCOMMODATION: The main building has 6 bedrooms with 14 bed places. In the adjacent accommodation cabin with winter heating, there are 2 bedrooms, each with 3 bed places. Additionally, in the main building, there are 8 sofa beds, making a total of up to 25 bed places. Furthermore, there are 4 sofa beds in the game room as well. There are enough blankets and pillows corresponding to the number of bed places.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with tableware for at least 22 people, an electric stove and oven, a large refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Moccamaster coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
SAUNA, SHOWERS AND TOILETS: The indoor sauna can accommodate 8-10 people at a time. The shower room has 2 showers, and there is direct access from the dressing room to the terrace for cooling off. The villa has 3 toilets and an additional small shower room. On the terrace, there is a separately rentable wood-heated barrel sauna that can fit up to 8 people at once.
OUTDOOR SPACES AND HOT TUBS: A 6-person hot tub and an electric 5-person outdoor jacuzzi are located on the terrace next to the sauna area, where there is also a barbecue spot.
PRICES: The basic booking price of the villa includes the approximately 220 square metres of multi-purpose villa space and the sauna area. As an additional service, it is possible to book the barrel sauna, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub, barbecue spot, game room, final cleaning, bed linens pre-made or provided separately, and towels. We also offer programme services, catering services, and work services such as preparing the wood-heated sauna and hot tub before guests arrive. All additional services should be booked at least 14 days before arrival.
