Leviday 1 is a high-quality and spacious semi-detached house apartment in the Kätkänlenkki area of Levi. This villa is is three-storey and has a total space of 175 square meters. The villa is ideal for a larger group holiday in the magical landspaces of Lapland, as it comfortably accommodates 10 adults and two children. Leviday 1 is located about two kilometers from the center of Levi as well as its slopes. The cross-country ski track is 200 meters away. The main floor of the villa is the middle floor with a well-equipped kitchen, living and dining area and an atmospheric fireplace, toilet and one bedroom with two single beds and bunk bed for children. Upstairs there is a toilet and four bedrooms, each with two single beds. Downstairs there is a sauna department renovated in 2017. The sauna and shower room have atmospheric lighting, two showers and a dressing room and toilet. Downstairs there is also a nice multifunctional space, which is ideal for e.g. hanging together, watching movies, playing board games and karaoke. The space also easily transforms into a meeting and conference room and have all the necessary equipment for meetings. The villa also has utility room, where you can find e.g. washing machine, drying cabinet and shoe/boot dryers. The common storage space includes firewood as well as storage and maintenance facilities for skis and bikes. Leviday 1 & 2 apartment can be connected, as there is a corridor in the basement, which allows a flexible stay for even a larger group. There are also four car heaters in the yard and during the ski season, the rental price includes two ski passes. ADDITIONAL INFO: No pets. No smoking.
