Leviday 3 is a high-quality and spacious semi-detached house apartment in the Kätkänlenkki area of Levi. This villa is three-storey and has a total space of 197 square meters. The villa is ideal for a larger group holiday in the magical landspaces of Lapland, as it comfortably accommodates 12 guests. Leviday 3 is located about two kilometers from the center of Levi as well as its slopes. The cross-country ski track is 200 meters away. The main floor of the villa is the middle floor with a well-equipped kitchen, living and dining area and an atmospheric fireplace, toilet and two bedrooms, each with two single beds. Upstairs there is a toilet and three bedrooms, each with two single beds and one 140cm wide bed in the open space. Downstairs in the sauna department. The sauna and shower room have atmospheric lighting, two showers, dressing room and toilet. There is also a comfortable and spacious meeting room, which is ideal for e.g. meetings, hanging together, playing board games and karaoke. There you will find all the necessary equipment for meetings. For children, you will find e.g. travel cot, high chair, stroller and sled. The villa has two balconies to the south and west, as well as utility room with washing machine and drying cabinet. The villa has a semi-heated storage room and a ski maintenance room. Leviday 3 & 4 apartment can be connected, as there is a corridor in the basement, which allows flexible stay for even a larger group. There is also a car heating point in the yard and in winter the rental price includes two ski passes. ADDITIONAL INFO: No pets allowed.
