On the ground floor of the villa you will find a lounge room with a fireplace, utility room, a separate toilet, sauna and shower facilities and two bedrooms, each with two single beds. The middle floor, the main floor, has a second utility room, a spacious and cozy living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area with breathtaking views, a separate toilet, bathroom with toilet and shower and two bedrooms with twin beds. From the living room and the other bedroom there is access to the spacious terrace of the house. On the top floor of the villa you will find a so-called master bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. This bedroom also has access to the balcony. In addition, the villa has two beds as an extra beds for two children. There are child gates, high chair and baby cot. The villa also has a heated ski storage with access from the outside. There is also a carport for two cars in the yard and car heating points. Utsunpuro is set in magical fell scenery. The closest ski slope is located 2,8 kilometers away by car but on skis it is 300 meters away. Levi Igloos are located a half kilometer from the villa and there is the closest restaurant. The snowmobile route runs in the immediate vicinity of the villa and the closest ski track is 1,7 kilometers away. The center of levi with all its services is located about 9 kilometers away.
