In addition, the villa has a lounge with a fireplace, utility room and spacious sauna and shower facilities on the ground floor. The villa has two toilets and a balcony and terrace to the west. There is also a ski maintenance possibility in the basement and the villa also has its own car heating point. Ilveksenpesä is in a quiet location, but close to everything. The center of Levi is 2,5 kilometers away and the closest slope is 800 meters away. There are many restaurants and grocery stores in the center of Levi, but the closest restaurant is only 700 meters away. Even a smaller grocery store can be found just over a kilometer away.
