Villa Griini is a luxury villa on the shores of Lake Peurunka, right next to the golf course Laukaa Peurunkagolf. The villa was built in spring 2021. High-quality equipment on two floors and impressive details guarantee your comfort in this highest-quality villa in Central Finland. The stunning 180m2 facilities offer great setting for a holiday and business meetings and meet the wishes of even the most demanding guest. The villa can accommodate up to 12+2 guests. The meeting facilities are located next to the kitchen and have all the necessary equipment and connections.
Villa Griini guarantees you a touch of Finnishness through both magnificent landscapes and natural peace. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a fully-equipped and modern kitchen, dining area, living room, separate toilet, bathroom with toilet and shower as well as utility room with drying cabinet and washing machine. There is also one bedroom with two high-quality single beds. On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, toilet and a spacious terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sun on the sun loungers.
Through the glazed terrace you can access the villa's 10-person sauna, which offers unique views of the clear-water lake. The shower room has two showers and there is a dressing room in connection with the sauna. There is also a 140cm wide sofa bed for two people, toilet, refrigerator and a loft with two single beds. On the villa's spacious glazed terrace you can have a dinner together or relax under the infrared heaters. Amenities also include a gas grill and a 6-person outdoor jacuzzi, which can be rented separately at an additional cost. All terrace ares of the villa are 125m2 in total and in addition the villa has its own beach. Two Yamaha golf carts are also available.
Villa Griiini is ideal for family celebrations, bachelor parties, golf vacations and corporate meetings, regardless of the season. There is parking space for many cars in the yard of the villa. The village of Laukaa is about 6,5 kilometers away and has well-stocked grocery stores. There is also a spa and a frisbee golf course nearby. The closest restaurant is located next to the golf course.
