Villa Vehmas

Completed in 2012, this Scandinavian design villa is fully equipped and located on the shores of the eastern Gulf of Finland in Pyhtää. Enjoy the stunning scenery by the open sea, only an one hour drive from Helsinki! The villa has 158 square meters and the main house accommodates 6 guests. The guest house is located next to the main house and has one 10 m2 room with a bunk bed for two. So the villa has beds for a total of eight people. The villa has a spacious fully equipped kitchen-living room with a dining set for eight people and a nice fireplace. The living room and kitchen are divided by a open staircase which leads to the second floor. On the second floor you will find a loft with a sofa set and also two single beds. The house is surrounded by several terraces and dining groups as well as loungers. In the yard you will also find a gas grill, smoker oven and paella pan. The log-built beach sauna has a traditional Finnish sauna atmosphere and stove is taking care of wet steam. Behind the breakwater there is a dock with a swimming ladder and safety place for the boat in windy weather. The rent includes a rowing boat, gas, firewood and alder for smoker. Drinking water comes from a drilled well. It is possible that the water has a slight color and taste that is different from the usual finnish tap water. The villa has canisters of spring water ready for free use by customers. If necessary, more water for canisters can be obtained from local shops and cas station, where there is a free water point. The final cleaning can be done independently or if you wish to purchase the final cleaning for an additional fee of € 200.
