Despite its central location, guests can enjoy their own peace surrounded by Lapland’s unique nature. The three-storey villa accommodates a total of 8 adults + 4 children. The 280 sqm villa has four bedrooms and a loft. The entrance floor has a spacious sauna area, a billiard room and a separate toilet. On the main floor, there is an open-space living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, a separate toilet and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third floor of the villa has another two bedrooms, both with two single beds and one with a private toilet. The third floor also has a large lounge, separate toilet and a loft. There are 2 extra beds, 2 extra mattresses and 2 baby cots. Levi South point rental shop, ski lift, nearest restaurant and Skibus stop are all less than a one kilometer from the villa. Levi Center is five kilometers away. Ski tracks, snowmobile routes and the slopes can be reached in the immediate vicinity of the villa.
