Mäntän Onnela

Mänttä Onnela is a warm log villa completed in 2014. The villa is located in its own peace, on the shores of the clean and fishy Keurusselkä, but still only about five kilometers from the services of the art city Mänttä-Vilppula. The location of the villa is ideal and you can drive there from both Tampere and Jyväskylä in only an one hour. The villa has three separate bedrooms. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed. On the upstairs there is one bedroom with a sofa bed and a 140 cm wide bed in the loft. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room overlooking the lake, a separate toilet, bathroom and a sauna. In addition, in summer and autumn you can enjoy an atmospheric wooden sauna by the beach. The beach sauna has a separate dressing area with a wood-burning fireplace. From the beach you can go to swim either directly from the pier or from the beach side. A rowing boat is available in summer. There is also a separate campfire area by the beach, where you can sit in the evening and grill all year round. In addition to water circulating underfloor heating, the villa has a storage fireplace with a baking oven, which you can use to create an atmosphere and an air source heat pump to heat / cool the rooms if necessary. In summer, you can enjoy the waves of Keurusselkä while swimming or rowing. The partially covered terrace offers the opportunity to sit outside on a summer evening in the sunshine, but also when the rain surprises. The art city of Mänttä-Vilppula offers a wide range of cultural, sports and outdoor experiences throughout the year. In winter you can go ice fishing directly from the beach and there are cross-country skiing trails nearby. The ski slopes of Himos are only 47 kilometers away from the villa. The rental price includes toilet paper and kitchen paper, firewood and dishwashing detergents. Linen and towels available at an additional cost of € 20 per person and cleaning at an additional cost of € 200.
