Villa Saimaan Joutsenlahti is a modern villa for those who want to have a high-quality holiday. This villa suits for families and couples. Through big glass windows you have a beautiful view of lake Saimaa.
The villa is located 45 km to northwest from Imatra, it is right next to Saimaa/Soininsalmi and the beach has a hard, gently deepening bottom. To add, there's a rowing boat and a dock in your use.
This villa was built in 2020, the size of it is 98 m² and it includes a well equipped kitchen and a living room combined into a one space, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a shower room and a toilet as well as a porch.
There's also an annex, that is in use all around the world, which has a third bedroom with two single beds. There's also a smart TV, a Bluetooth stereo and a wifi. Behind the building there's a composting toilet.
On the beach there's a sauna with a dressing room, a wood stove and a big window towards the lake. The water come into the sauna by a pump and it is heated in a stove tank.
The usage of jacuzzi and two SUP boards and kayaks are included in the price. During the winter there is a hole in the ice for swimming, also 4 pairs of snowshoes. Cleaning fee 120€ will be added to the price.
