Villa Harjattula

Villa Harjattula is a luxurious seaside villa located in the picturesque Kakskerta area of Turku. This stunning design villa can accommodate 8 guests and offers facilities for both luxurious vacations and impressive corporate events. The villa is situated right next to the Harjattula golf course, making it an excellent choice for golf enthusiasts. The villa consists of a main building with four bedrooms that can accommodate 8 people. Additionally, there is a separate sauna building. The villa is located in a fenced area. In addition to the villa, there is another villa complex on the same premises that is in private use and not available for rent. The thoughtfully and tastefully decorated villa features a fully equipped kitchen area that opens up to a spacious living room and dining area. There are four bedrooms in the villa. The largest bedroom has an extra-wide double bed, a beautiful walk-in closet, a spacious bathroom with a toilet, and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has a wide double bed, a closet, a bathroom/toilet, and access to the terrace. The third bedroom has a double bed, a desk, and a shared bathroom with a toilet with the fourth bedroom. The fourth bedroom has two 80 cm wide single beds. In addition to the bedrooms, the main building offers a TV room, a utility room/entrance, and a separate toilet in the living room for guests. The villa is all on one level, and its numerous glass windows allow for admiring the serene archipelago life. The villa has a large natural yard where you can for example pickup blueberries in the Summer. Villa has a huge terrace that surrounds the entire house. On the terrace, you will find several sun loungers, a lounge chair set, and a dining table set. The sauna building includes an electric sauna, a dressing room, two showers, and a toilet. From the sauna, you can easily go for a refreshing swim in the Baltic Sea. Additionally, guests have access to a private sandy beach, which is shared with the other villa located on the same plot. NOTE!! Using boat dock or arriving by boat is not possible. The location is truly peaceful, even though Turku city center is only a half-hour drive away. Additionally, Turku city buses run from a bus stop located one kilometer away. The nearest restaurant is located at the golf course. The villa is 22 km away from the center of Turku and its services. The nearest golf course is right next door. Bed linen, towels, and basic cleaning are included in the rental price. Pets, organising parties, and smoking are strictly prohibited.
