Located in Nummela, 30-40 minutes from Helsinki, close to various services and recreational opportunities, such as golf courses, ski slopes, a disc golf course, riding stables, a swimming pool, a flight center, and outdoor activities. The Scandinavian-beautiful Villa Björkbacken offers an ideal setting for breaking away from everyday life, for a relaxed meeting or for organizing stylish parties. The villa is located about half an hour's drive from Helsinki. The villa has a very functional room division and the use of square footage has been implemented efficiently. The spaciousness and lightness of the premises refresh the mind. There are five bedrooms with a total of 14 beds. If desired, two additional beds can be added to the large corner sofa. The entrance floor has a large hallway and lobby space from which, moving to the right, you enter the living room. There is plenty of window space and the living room has a beautiful fireplace and an entertainment center with a 75" TV and high-quality sound. The bright bay window has a wonderful dining area. Next to it is a kitchen with plenty of cabinet and counter space, light quartz countertops, high-quality appliances and a stylish island. Going to the left from the lobby opens up to a large housekeeping, dressing room and relaxation area, which is equipped with e.g. washing machine, dryer, wine cabinet and piano. From this space you can access the bath section, which has two showers and a whirlpool, which is connected to a steam sauna function. The sauna itself is cozy and a very good size. The utility/dressing room leads out to the large terrace and the hot water pool integrated into it. Downstairs is a bedroom with two beds that can be combined into a double bed if desired. There are good-sized toilets on both floors. All rooms have a light-dimming function. Upstairs there is a large hall with access to four bedrooms, a wardrobe, a toilet and a balcony with a long view over the forest to Hiidenvedi. In addition, there are four bedrooms on the floor. One room has a double bed, the other two wide beds that can be combined into a 240 cm king-size double bed. The third and fourth bedrooms have sleeping places for four people. They both have two beds that can be combined into a 180 cm wide double bed if desired, as well as a sofa bed that can be spread out into a bed for two people. The terrace offers a soothing view of the forest. There is plenty of lawn area and guests can enjoy privacy in the large yard area even with a larger group. The terrace has a group of outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a grill. The villa is located in Vihti, Nummela, in the surroundings of which there are plenty of opportunities for experiential leisure time. The location is peaceful, even though we are only a short distance from the versatile services of the center of Nummela. Stores of well-known chain stores and incomparable recreational opportunities such as golf courses, skiing slopes, frisbee golf course, fitness centers, riding stables, swimming hall, aviation center, beautiful lakes and the ridge's excellent year-round outdoor activities are nearby.
