Tallusniemi Grand Villa

In the peace of Tallusniemi, you can experience the closeness of nature; forest and fishy waters await outside the door.

This villa with 6 bedrooms with own bathrooms and two suites with their own terrace accommodates 12 people (+ 4 extra beds + children's bed). From the villa you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining/living room and indoor and outdoor saunas. The spacious sauna in the main building has a lake view.

Use of the traditional wood-heated beach sauna is included in the price between May 1 and October 15, not winter use.

The villa has fire place, TV, dishwasher, china and cooking equipment for 18 persons, electric oven, microwave oven, washing machine, drying cabinet, refrigerator and freezer. Internet and satellite TV, Chromecast. The villa also has a carport, storage, fish processing table, campfire site, private beach, pier and rowing boat.

Ecological values ​​are important for the owners. The villas are heated with geothermal energy and have solar panels. Waste is recycled, trash cans can be found in the villas. The villa has an air-source heat pump with cooling function.

The price includes bed linen, towels, fire wood for fireplace and lakeside sauna, final cleaning and starting kits of washing detergents and papers.

Pets are also welcome in the villa. Cleaning fee is 30€/pet.

Accessibility:

On the ground floor of the villa, you can move freely (the door to the shower room at sauna is narrow), a mobile ramp is also available for the villa. The villa has a spacious bedroom with its own toilet. The beach of some villas can be reached via a flat and gentle path. Please ask for measurements and pictures if you want to estimate whether the type of villa in question is right for you.

Tallusniemi is a narrow peninsula surrounded by the lake Saimaa, located approx. 12 km from the village of Oravi. The area is very quiet and there are only villas with services. You can enjoy the warmth of the private beach sauna and take a swim from your own pier.
