Majamaja Black House

Majamaja Black House is a unique off-grid cabin right by the sea in Hevossalmi, Helsinki. The cabin offers a peaceful, architecturally beautiful environment to spend holidays or perhaps remote work days. The wonderful scenery of the cottage and the landscape window inside make you feel like you're somewhere else - further away than actually less than half an hour away from the center of Helsinki. This one-bedroom cottage accommodates two (+1) people. Majamaja facilities offer guests minimalist eco-accommodation in their own peace by the Helsinki archipelago. The cottage and its setting were designed by an architect, and when you enter the cottage, you come to the living area. There are a sofa bed and work/dining table in the living room that are integrated so that they can be raised on the wall if wanted. Next to the living room there is a small kitchen, a bathroom and a dry toilet. The stairs take you upstairs, where you will find a double bed. Outside the cabin is a small outdoor patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a beautiful sunny day outside. Guests have access to free parking. The rocky shores of the Majamaja property offer a pleasant setting to spend your vacation days and there are also a couple of small beaches and seaside walking paths nearby. Restaurants, cafés, and museums are easily accessible. You have easy access by bus to the city centre (about 30 mins) or bicycle (about 40 mins).
