The villa is located on the shore of a crystal clear lake Saimaa in the peaceful idyllic landscapes of Savitaipale. Savitaipale is located in the South Karelia region. The three bedrooms of the villa accommodates 8 (+1) persons and is perfect for a family or group of friends. The villa has an open kitchen-living room-dining area, two toilets, a bathroom and a spacious electric sauna. The villa also includes a terrace and balcony, a glazed barbecue hut, a rowing boat, a pier, and a natural sand beach. The beach is child-friendly. The villa has an ecological solar electricity system and its own well water. There is a waste sorting opportunity for bio (composting), glass, metal, cardboard. Savitaipale is bordered by two wonderful lakes and is about half an hour's drive from Lappeenranta. Savitaipale offers wonderful and interesting hiking trails and historical sights. (Orrain hiking trail & Kärnäkosken fortress hiking trail). There are shelters on the hiking trails. Route maps can be found on the outdooractive page.
