Tievanharju

Tievanharju is a modern log villa located on top of a high hill in Ylläsjärvi, Kolari. The villa has wonderful views of Yllästunturi above. The three bedrooms of the villa and loft accommodate a group of ten persons, so you can go on vacation with a larger group of friends or families. This one and a half story villa has a spacious kitchen-living room; which also has an atmospheric fireplace and a 55" LED IPTV with 20 channels. The kitchen is fully equipped. The villa also has fast Wifi. There are two bedrooms downstairs, and one bedroom and a loft upstairs. Downstairs there is also a separate toilet, a bathroom with a toilet, a sauna and a utility room with a washing machine and drying cabinet. From the living room, stairs lead to a two-part loft with four comfortable beds. The cottage warms with ecological ground heat and the underfloor heating in the villa adds a wonderful touch to the accommodation. In addition to the wonderful views, the large back terrace has a table and chairs for ten persons, as well as a Weber gas grill. Ski slopes start next to the villa, as well as cycling routes for summer and winter cycling. About a kilometer away, you can find a grocery store, restaurants and e.g. Safartica, which offers snowmobile safaris etc. The Ylläs skiing center and its services are located a few kilometers away. The village of Äkäslompolo with more shops and restaurants is about a quarter of an hour's drive away. The airport bus stops in the yard of Restaurant Otso, which is about 900 meters from the villa.
