Yttre (Private island) + motorboat (additional charge)

If you dream about own peace, pure nature and unbeliavable beautiful sunsets but just half an hour from the capital Helsinki, you have found your paradice. Villa Yttre’s approximately one-hectare private island is only 30-minute drive and 5-minute boat ride from Helsinki. The island is located on a beautiful spot which offers excellent views to the open sea and also extraordinary view of the Porkkalanselkä. The island itself is a very high-end property which means it offers an extremely relaxing and comfortable environment to spend one’s holidays especially since the island is completely private meaning the only habitants are you, the guests. Large and spacious terraces and many lounge-style sofa sets really makes the outside-life a truly loving experience. The island has an approximately 150 m² (1615 ft²) two story villa which has been renovated in 2021. This villa can house six (+3) guests. There are three bedrooms (two downstairs, one upstairs) and a TV-space which has a couch that unfolds to a bed for two, and one extra bed in storage if needed. The villa’s kitchen is an open concept kitchen and is connected to the living room which has a large medieval style fireplace. The kitchen has everything one could desire, even an icemaker. The villa’s bathroom has a wood-heated sauna and a rain shower, and a separate changing room. To guarantee comfortable living conditions, the living room has an air-source heat pump. It is powerful enough to provide cooling or heating for the whole villa. For extra heating, there is also basic electric heating if needed, and the stone floor of the bathroom/changing room have also the option to be heated. The tap water is completely drinkable since it is taken from the sea and cleaned by a special filtering mechanism. The villa has a warm and cold pressurized water system. The incinerating toilet is in a separate building. There is a glass patio attached to the villa, and it has a wonderful view of the evening sun. This glass patio can be used for example to eat a lovely dinner even if it windy or rainy, and still get to experience the lovely Finnish nature. There is a SMEG gas grill and a big Weber charcoal grill near the glass patio. The island has three large and spacious terraces with sofa sets which one of them having a large tub (max. 8 individuals) for loosening up. The main yard is large which enables the playing of different types of yard games such as croquet. For extra payment, there is a 15-horsepower motorboat for rent if one wishes to fish or explore the nearby archipelago. Price 150€/day + fuel. Reach out to the renter for more details. For watersports, there is a two people SUP-board for anyone’s use without any additional cost. The local harbor has a Café Purje where one can have lunch or buy catering to the island. The nearest grocery store called SALE is located approximately 1 kilometer away from the harbor. NB! The use of the tub is an additional service (295€ filling and heating takes approximately 6h).
