Villa Nuottakallio is a spacious and modern log villa with breathtaking views of Finland's largest lake, Saimaa. The surroundings of the villa offers an opportunity to retreat to your own peace. The two bedrooms of the villa accommodates four (+4) guests. The living room and kitchen are a large open space up to the ceiling, and the light log surfaces further increase the feeling of space. The villa has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for two people. This floor also has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a washing machine, a dressing room, a sauna and an access to the loft that accommodates two guests. Outside the villa, there is a terrace, a barbecue hut, where you can prepare for example flamed salmon by the fireplace using the equipment in the hut. The grounds of the villa include two beaches; you can take a dip in the clear lake water either directly from the end of the pier or by taking the stairs from the corner of the barbecue hut. There are private parking spaces in the yard and a heating plug for cars. For decades, there was a hut on the site of this cabin for storing nets, which means that the region has always had plenty of fish. The large two-hectare plot gives room for the guests to stay and go. The neighboring villa Lokkeroo is only 500 meters away, so if there is a need to rent a villa for a larger group, you can rent these villas at the same time, which can comfortably accommodate a group of 16 people. From Midsummer to the end of August and at New Year's, the minimum rental period is 1 week. Exchange day is Saturday.
