Villa Joutti

Villa Joutti is located in a quiet area in the middle of the forest, in the fairytale scenery of Rovaniemi. It is 40 kilometers to the city of Rovaniemi. From the large landscape windows of this beautifully decorated villa, you can admire the ever-changing nature and the lake view. The two bedrooms of the villa can accommodate a total of five guests. The ground floor of the villa has a large living room with a large, comfortable sofa and a dining table that can seat up to ten guests. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Downstairs there is one large bedroom with a double bed; an extra bed can be spreaded in this room. This bedroom has a fireplace and wardrobe, as well as access to the utility room, sauna and laundry room. Downstairs there are two toilets, one of which is connected to the washroom and the other, a separate toilet in the hall. In the hall there is a cozy lobby with a pellet fireplace. Upstairs is another bedroom with two single beds and a 120cm bed. The upstairs bedroom is a single space and a spiral staircase leads there. Towels and bed linen are provided in the villa. The entire villa is available to guests. There is a self check-in at the villa, so you can check yourself in with the lockbox. There is a seprate cottage by the beach 'Villa Joutti-lake cottage' and that is rented separately. This cottage contains a jacuzzi and a beach sauna - if the beach sauna and jacuzzi are available, these can be rented separately. The villa is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking, skiing and fishing. If you would like to discover the area, cycling is possible in the surroundings. Villa Joutti can arrange a ski equipment rental service also. The Arktikum Science Centre is 37 kilometers away, to Santa Park is 42 kilometers and to Santa Claus Village 43 kilometers.
