Semi-detached villa completed in February 2023 between Iso- and Pikku-Syöte - in the new and popular Luokkavaara area. The villa locates in a quiet area yet close to services, less than 1.5 kilometers to Iso-Syöte! The spacious, well-equipped semi-detached villa has two bedrooms, an open living room-kitchen and dining area, a loft, a sauna and a washroom, and a separate toilet. The large windows in the living room brings light to the apartment. The villa has blankets and pillows ready for guests - you can bring your own linen, or reserve linen from the host at a separate additional price. The car can be parked under a carport. The slopes and outdoor trails can be reached from the villa in few minutes on foot, and the slopes of Iso-Syöte or Pikku-Syöte are just a short car ride away. In the summertime it is also a short distance to cycling and hiking trails from the villa. Come and enjoy your vacation in a new, high-quality semi-detached villa!
