Himoksen Timantti is a high-class two-story villa in the Golf Resort's cottage area, completed in 2023, with all equipment.
The upscale and modern villa meets the requirements of a representative cabin, meeting place and high-quality holiday accommodation. From the villa's windows and terraces there are great views of the golf course and the Himos area. You can come here to calm down from the hustle and bustle of the city, with family or friends. The villa is also suitable for organizing large birthday parties or bachelor parties due to the many activities in the Himos area. Many festivals are organized in Himos during the summer, so this spacious villa is a perfect solution for that purpose as well.
When you enter the villa, you will find a hallway that leads to the bedrooms, as well as the toilet and shower room. On the entrance floor, you will find three bedrooms of approximately 11m² in size, one of which serves as the villa's master bedroom, with a queen-size double bed and wardrobes.
The other two bedrooms are equipped with separate 80 cm wide beds and wardrobes.
After the entrance hall, you reach a spacious space with a room height of about 3.5 m, where you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room. In the dining area, you will find a dining table for 12 people, as well as additional chairs from the kitchen island.
In the living room, you can relax with friends on the large corner sofa, listen to relaxing music from the sound system while feeling the glow of the fireplace. As an extension of the dining area and the living room, there is a large, approximately 50m² terrace, as well as a fully glazed barbecue canopy with lounge chairs.
Downstairs there are three more bedrooms, which can accommodate a total of 7 people. Three bedrooms and two separate toilets are connected by a large living room with two large sofas, one of which can be folded into a double bed. In addition to this, the space has a large 55″ TV and karaoke equipment. In the lounge, you can spend a quiet movie night or organize karaoke competitions with your guests.
The bottom floor is crowned by a sauna section and a bathroom. In the sauna, which is equipped with a landscape window and can hold up to 10 people, you can enjoy gentle baths and enjoy the green scenery of the golf course. The bathroom is equipped with two overhead showers. Downstairs you will find a terrace of about 50m², where you can find a group of sofas for chilling out, as well as our outdoor jacuzzi with mood lights. In addition to the washing machine, there is a drying cabinet in the hallway downstairs, as well as a separate refrigerator for soft drinks.
