A log semi-detached house in Kuusamo, completed in July 2022, located on the banks of the Kitkajoki. The cottage features one bedroom (2 beds) and a spacious loft with a sloping ceiling (2 beds). For families with a baby, a travel cot, high chair, and potty are available. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Heating is provided by geothermal energy and a heat-storing fireplace. An Easee EV Charger is available for electric car charging. PRICE INCLUDES FINAL CLEANING. Bed linens are not included but can be rented for €27/person (not pre-made). The cottage is located almost at the end of the road (only one cottage further). The river can be seen from the windows and the back terrace. Amenities include a gas grill and Wi-Fi. The nearest shop and gas station are 3.5 km away. A cross-country ski track is accessible almost directly from the yard, connecting to an illuminated trail about 3 km away.
