Villa Hietasaari is an idyllic villa setting on a large fenced property. It is located on the island of Hietasaari in Oulu, in the middle of a calm area where the forest meets the sea. The center of Oulu is just a couple kilometers from the property. On the west side of the property there is the main villa, built in 1910, and on the east side (70 meters from the main villa) the beach sauna building. The villa is suitable for families, bigger groups and companies.
The main villa and its furniture is planned for occasions of maximum 20 people and for a maximum of 10 guests that stay the night. The dining room transforms to a conference room and the living room is equipped with a smart tv and sound system. There are three bedrooms that have beds for a total of six people. There are extra sleeping places for four people. There is also a home theater, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
The fully renovated sauna building is located on the sea shore. The building and its furniture is designed for occasions for 14 people and for 4 guests that stay the night. The dining room transforms to a conference room, if needed. There is one bedroom with two single beds. Extra sleeping places for two guests on the sofa bed. There is an electric sauna, a bathroom and a spa area, a home theater and a separate toilet.
There is a parking place for multiple cars next to the gate of entrance. You can transfer luggages and other stuff to both of the buildings with the car. Parking next to the buildings is not possible because of the emergency access road. The property has its own beach, a fireplace outdoors and a terrace. The location is very peaceful. By the beach sauna, there is an outdoor jacuzzi for 6 people that can be reserved for the whole stay for the price of 217€/reservation. The jacuzzi is covered from the rain and wind and you can access it directly from the bathroom. Final cleaning is included in the price.
