Apajalahti is a high quality seaside villa located in Tenhola, Raasepori. The villa is suitable as a conference place or for families to spend their holiday. The sunny beach is covered from the wind and is a guaranteed relaxation spot. The sea water is in good conditions (no seaweed found). The large dock is perfect for sun bathing, jumping to the water and also for arriving with a boat. The evening sun hits the barbeque place making it a beautiful spot for cooking.
There are four bedrooms with two single beds each, that can be joint into a double bed. The well-equipped kitchen blends into a dining and living area. The main building has a fireplace and air conditioner. There is a separate sauna building with a washing room and a fireplace. From the sauna you can see the sea outside. The main building and the sauna building are connected with wooden steps. The main villa has an utility room with a washing mashine. Next to the entrance outside is an outdoor toilet.
In the area of the villa, there are excellent natural spaces, good fishing waters and places to go search for berries and mushrooms, when in season. There are several golf-fields in the area, such as in Meri-Teijo, Ruukki Golf and Nordcenter.
The roads leading to the villa are in good conditions and there is good space for parking at the property. With the car you can reach Helsinki in about an hour and 45 minutes, Salo in 30 minutes and Turku in 1 hour.
