Villa Haaparanta

Villa Haaparanta is a high quality villa located in Janakkala. The beautiful lakeside villa was built in 2021. You can reach the property by car in 45 minutes from Lahti or 80 minutes from Helsinki and Tampere. The villa is suitable for families or company retreats. The one-story main building has three bedrooms. In a separate courtyard buildind is situated the fourth bedroom. It accommodates two persons in own peace. The separate building has no own toilet. There is also a sofa bed for two in the sauna building. The villa accommodates 7+2 guests. If needed, there is an extra mattress for one person and a baby cot and a high chair on request. In the main building there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower. In the sauna building there is a washroom with a shower. From the large windows in the dining and living area of the main building you can enjoy gorgeous views to the lake and to the nature. The spacious terraces are a perfect place to enjoy a sunset or a morning coffee. There is a summer kitchen with a Weber barbeque grill and a dining table for 10. Pets are not allowed and the villa is not rented for any party groups. A car is recommended. There is a possibility to arrange a VIP transport e.g. from Helsinki-Vantaa airport to the villa. Final cleaning and bed linen are always included in the price. A security deposit of 400€ will be returned in 3 to 4 bank days after the rental has ended. Minimum stay 3 nights.
