Svingipolku 5 offers a stylish way of living in a new villa built in 2023. The villa is located near the center of Levi, a golf-field and the skiing slopes. The location of the villa is ideal on all the seasons. The four bedroom villa accommodates eight guests. The high-quality equipment and the modern interior make the stay in the villa functional and comfortable. The ground floor of the villa offers a modern open kitchen and a living room. The large windows show a view of the forest making the living room a peaceful and private place to relax. The living room has a fireplace and a TV. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a separate toilet, a sauna and an utility room. There is also a drying cabinet and an exit to the terrace. The first floor offers a living area with a TV, two bedrooms and a separate toilet. The storage and maintenance room is in a separate garage building. Outside there is a barbeque hut that fits 10 people. The use of the hut is included in the price. For parking there is a spacious parking area with heating for two cars. Final cleaning is included in the price. Levi offers multiple activities for each member of your group. Levi is a place where international atmosphere meets good food, nature and hobby and sport opportunities. The tracks for crosscountry skiing and snowmobile driving leave from next to the villa. The nearest ski lift is the lift number six that is about 1,7 kilometers from the house. In the same place you´ll find also a restaurant, a crosscountry ski track with street lights and in the summertimes the golf-club. The ski bus stop is 200 meters from the villa and it goes every 30 minutes in the winter time. With the bus you can reach the center of Levi with restaurants, shops and the nearest ski lift. Smoking is prohibited inside the cabin. No pets No youth group.
