Villa Hattara B is a semi-detached villa for 12 people. It is located in the area of Himos Golf resort. The other part of the villa is also available for rent. The house can be joint together as a villa for 24 people with passage inside between the sides of the house. The villa is located close to the Himos Center, within a walking distance, while enjoying some peace by the beautiful golf-field. The house is furnished with high quality materials and natural colors that make the space cozy and comfortable for all kinds of groups. The large windows on the first floor fill the space with light. The kitchen is equipped with high quality amenities and there you can cook easily for also a bigger group. In the living room there is a dining table for 10 people and a cozy sofa for relaxing. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower, a sauna and a separate toilet. Another separate toilet is located on the first floor, where all the four bedrooms are. Three of the bedrooms have all two single beds and the fourth bedroom has two bunk beds. In addition the sofa in the living room downstairs can turned into a bed for two. Therefore the total amount of guests the villa can accommodate is 12. From the sauna you can walk directly outside into a covered outdoor hot tub on the terrace. The price for the hot tub is 160€/reservation and on festival or event weekends or timings the price is 220€/reservation. On the terrace there is also a grill, dining area and places to sit. The yard has a lot of space for parking and there is a spot for heating the car. With Villa Hattara, there are also Villa Harmonia and Villa Hulvaton available for renting. These three beautiful villas were built in 2022. The price of the rent does not include the final cleaning. From us you can buy the final cleaning with a price of 160€. During festival or event weekends the price of 210€ is added to the rental price. Pets are welcome to the villa. You can rent bed linen and towels with an additional cost of 15€/person.
