LOPPI LUXUS is a handsome log-built multifunctional villa with all modern comforts and it is to be completed for rental use by the spring 2024. ACCOMMODATION, meetings, vacation, and relaxation are all waiting for you at Loppi Luxus’s gorgeous lake scenery next to Lake Kaartjärvi. Loppi Luxus with its 20 bed places is located on the naturally beautiful shore of Lake Kaartjärvi, just 99 km away from Helsinki, 118 km away from Tampere, and 129 km away from Turku. Despite its modern comforts, Loppi Luxus is full of rough, yet cosy, old-time atmosphere. The craftmanship and hearty use of timber by local carpenters can be seen and felt in the interior decorations and sturdy structure of the log-built villa. With a total area of 180 sqm. Loppi Luxus houses a 70 sqm. nearly 3 meters tall dining/meeting hall with a 7-meter-long table seating up to 30 persons. In addition, the hall has a scenery bar with a view over the lake and a couch group for another 10 persons. The hall’s long table can be divided in two to form two separate tables and the hall can also be separated with a curtain to have two distinctly separate rooms. This way the hall can be used in many ways, including meetings, working in separate groups etc. The hall can also be used for accommodation as the couches are convertible. A free internet access and two flat-screen TVs are included. The TVs can also be used for presentations. The main villa’s kitchen has standard cooking and tableware for up to 30 persons. Other utilities include a range, a large fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, 2 Moccamaster coffee makers, an electric kettle, and 2 toasters. ACCOMMODATION: Loppi Luxus offers 20 bed places in 6 bedrooms. Each bedroom has 2 to 4 bed places and a 40 cm x 100 cm desk that can be used by a single person privately for remote work. In addition, the villa has several convertible couches and guests are welcome to bring own mattresses. The villa has bedding for at least 25 persons. The diverse interior of the villa is also suitable for smaller less-than 10-person groups while still feeling pleasant and cosy. SAUNA FACILITY: At the end of the main villa lies an electric sauna for 8 to 10 sauna-goers at a time. The sauna has an ample scenery window with a gorgeous view over the Lake Kaartjärvi all the way to the horizon! The villa’s sauna has a direct access to the terrace which has a separate wood-heated 8 to 10-person sauna located right next to it. The wood-heated sauna can be rented for an extra fee. Both saunas have stairs leading right next to the Lake Kaartjärvi’s shoreline with a swimming dock. The shoreline has a sand bottom beach that is well-suited for kids as well. The terrace has a ready-to-use jacuzzi (up to 5 persons) and a traditional wood-heated hot tub (up to 6 persons) enabling outdoor bathing year-round! A second traditional wood-heated hot tub is located next to the wood-heated sauna and third in the lakeshore. All the hot tubs and the jacuzzi have a view over the Lake Kaartjärvi. The main villa’s sauna facility has a changing room, 2 showers, a toilet, and the separate wood-heated sauna has an additional shower. TERRACES: The main villa’s 50 sqm. partially decked terrace for year-round use surrounds the villa from two sides. It has an electrically heated jacuzzi with a view over the lake! The wood-heated sauna also has a terrace with a traditional wood-heated hot tub. Please notice, the jacuzzi must be ordered at least 14 days before arrival for us to ensure the jacuzzi is clean and has the correct water temperature. FISHING, BOATING AND PADDLING: Loppi Luxus is located 35 meters from the Lake Kaartjärvi’s shoreline making it effortless to go fishing, boating, or paddling in the peaceful lake. During winter the lake is also great for ice-fishing. We’ll also gladly arrange fishing guidance, so please ask us for more information! For a reasonable extra fee, we’ll gladly make an ice hole or a skating surface at the end of the swimming dock! BARBECUE: Loppi Luxus offers a wilderness-themed barbecue spot that can be rented for an extra fee which includes firewood. HIKING: The extensive hiking trails are located nearby Loppi Luxus. The price is dependent on group size, timeframe, and the length of stay. This site has several price examples for renting Loppi Luxus. We reserve the right to change our pricing. Loppi Luxus’s base-price includes the use of the main villa. Additional services offer the use of the wood-heated sauna, the use of the decorated barbecue spot, and the use of the hot tubs and jacuzzi.
