The villa is located on top of a hill with floor-to-ceiling windows providing full access to the stunning view from every room. The villa has accommodation for nine people, so is perfect whether you are looking for a break from busy everyday life with your family or a peaceful working environment with your team. Villa Kolonkolo has three bedrooms, a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen that continues into a dining area, and two bathrooms. In addition, there is a beach sauna, an outdoor jacuzzi (for additional charge), a large patio and dock area, and a carport. The villa is located only 5 km away from the beautiful Kelventee national park. There is also a good boat launch on the shore of the villa which provides an excellent opportunity to take your own boat with you on your stay. The following can be selected as additional services when booking: - use of the outdoor jacuzzi - linen and towels - rental of an electric mountain bike (fat bike 1pc) - final cleaning - motorboat Yamarin Cross 64 BR, 150 hp rental with driver ( the rental of the motorboat requires sufficient skills in boat handling and navigation, and payment of the deductible portion of the damage insurance as a separate boat rental deposit) The renter refuels/pays for the amount of fuel used.
