Maja

Maja is a two-story, high-quality hillside house and it was completed in spring 2023 in the middle of Iso-Syöte fell! High ceilings on both floors are unique and each room has large floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy Finnish nature around you, around the year! On the first floor there is one bedroom with its own toilet. There is also an entertainment room, with a 75" TV (AppleTV, streaming-services, PS5 console, Nintendo Switch -dock set), a spacious entry hall, well equipped utility room, a lobby, a separate toilet, a dressing room, a bathroom with two showers, and a spacious sauna for 10. There is direct access from the bathroom to the terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi for 7 people. On the second floor there is a master bedroom with its own shower and toilet, two other bedrooms (one of which has its own toilet) , a separate toilet, and an open concept kitchen-living room area with a fireplace. On this floor there is also a spacious furnished terrace with a gas grill and pizza oven. In addition, customers have access to a spacious storage garage for the sport equipment storage and maintenance. In the utility room there are two drying cabinets as well as washing machine and dryer. Maja is a highly decorated and extremely well equipped cottage. An illuminated pedestrian route from the top of the fell all the way to the National Park Visitor Centre passes nearby. All Syöte area services, cross-county skiing tracks and summer trails are within walking distance. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The cottage has a high-speed internet connection. Final cleaning and usage of the outdoor jacuzzi are included in the price. Bed linen 17 €/person not ready-made or 22 €/person ready-made, bathrobes 10 €/person.
