New (finished on February 2023) cottage in Luokkavaara area, between Iso- and Pikku-Syöte. Peaceful and quiet location close to all amenities. The spacious and well-equipped cottage has two bedrooms, an open living room-kitchen-dining area, a loft, a utility room with a toilet, a sauna and a bathroom with shower and a toilet. The windows of the living room look out towards the beautiful nature. The cottage has a furnished terrace with a charcoal grill (own charcoals needed). The car can be protected in a carport and a 10 m2 warm storage room is at disposal. You can maintain your ski's, snowboard or bike. The main illuminated cross country skiing track of Syöte as well as cycling and hiking trails in summer are within a short walking distance. Iso-Syöte or Pikku-Syöte slopes are only a short drive away. We happily welcome you to enjoy this new cottage! ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Final cleaning and firewood are included in the price!
