Escape to the forest for a relaxed weekend, gather family and friends to celebrate a special occasion, or arrange a birthday, stylish hen weekend or other intimate gathering. Your stay can be complemented with a private chef, catering and a selection of bookable wellness and forest experiences. TEAM DAYS & COMPANY RETREATS Hilltop House is ideal for team days, leadership offsites, meetings and small company gatherings. The peaceful forest setting creates space for focused work, meaningful conversations and time together away from the everyday. Meeting equipment includes a whiteboard and flip chart combination as well as a movable TV screen. Your day can also be complemented with catering, a private chef and guided forest or wellness activities. A WELLNESS ESCAPE FOR TWO While Hilltop House offers plenty of space for larger groups, it has also been designed to feel special for just two. The entire upper floor forms the peaceful Forest Suite, where large triangular windows open directly towards the surrounding forest. Add a crackling fireplace, wood-burning sauna and warm Drop Pool, and Hilltop House becomes a beautiful setting for a private wellness weekend and time together. HILLTOP HOUSE & FOREST SPA The property consists of the 120 m² Hilltop House and a separate 45 m² Forest Spa building connected by a wooden terrace. Both buildings and the surrounding grounds are exclusively for your group, completely private and surrounded by forest. At the heart of Hilltop House is the spacious open-plan kitchen and living room, with a large kitchen island, fireplace and expansive forest views. The well-equipped kitchen includes a Sage espresso machine, Moccamaster coffee maker, electric Ooni pizza oven, beautiful tableware and wine glasses. The dining and living areas are equally suited to long dinners around the table and relaxed company meetings. PRIVATE FOREST SPA The private Forest Spa next to Hilltop House is an essential part of the Hilltop experience. The authentic wood-burning sauna looks directly into the forest, while the terrace features an always-warm Drop Pool outdoor hot tub for 6–8 people, with beautiful views towards the evening sun. The Forest Spa also includes two showers, a toilet, an outdoor shower and the separate Tupa bedroom. ACCOMMODATION FOR 1–10 GUESTS Hilltop House is ideal for 1–6 guests, with accommodation for up to 10 close friends or family members across three bedrooms. Forest Suite occupies the entire upper floor and features a 160 cm Matri double bed, a daybed that converts into two additional beds, a writing desk and a spacious private bathroom with two showers and a toilet. The Nest is located downstairs and sleeps up to four guests in two bunk beds. Tupa is located in the separate Forest Spa building and features two 80 cm Matri beds that can be joined together as a double, as well as its own small kitchenette. ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION IN THE HIDEAWAYS Hilltop Forest also includes two separate tiny cabins, Hideaway South and Hideaway North. Subject to availability, one or both Hideaways can be added to your Hilltop House booking for additional accommodation. For families and groups of close friends, booking the entire Hilltop Forest can increase the total overnight capacity to a maximum of 14 guests. For company groups, we recommend a maximum of 10 overnight guests. If everyone would prefer their own private sleeping space, the full Hilltop Forest setup is suitable for five overnight guests when Hilltop House and both Hideaways are included. PRIVATE CHEF, CATERING & FOREST EXPERIENCES Hilltop Forest is a self-catered accommodation experience that can be booked directly online. If you would like to create a more complete stay, get in touch with us by email and we can help combine your accommodation with pre-booked services from our trusted partners. Options include private chef experiences for dinners and special occasions, catering for groups and company meeting days, as well as a selection of nature and wellness experiences. Your stay can also include experiences such as a private yoga class, sound bath relaxation or a guided forest activity for your group. Additional services must be booked in advance and are subject to our partners’ availability. WHAT IS INCLUDED? Hilltop House and Forest Spa are exclusively for your group. Your stay includes final cleaning, beds made up ready for your arrival, towels and sauna seat covers, premium bath products, as well as firewood and kindling for the sauna. You will also have access to the well-equipped kitchen, Sage espresso machine, Moccamaster coffee maker, electric Ooni pizza oven, Weber gas grill, fast WiFi, B&O speaker, movable TV screen, yoga mats and blocks. A travel cot and high chair are available for our youngest guests. CELEBRATIONS & PRIVATE GATHERINGS Hilltop House is a beautiful setting for small celebrations and special moments with the people closest to you. Birthdays, anniversaries, relaxed hen weekends and shared dinners are all welcome. Hilltop Forest is not, however, a venue for loud or disruptive parties. We are committed to maintaining the peaceful atmosphere of the forest. If you are planning a celebration or other private gathering, please let us know in advance. A PRIVATE FOREST SETTING LESS THAN AN HOUR FROM HELSINKI Hilltop Forest is located in Inkoo on a private 16-hectare forest property, less than an hour’s drive from Helsinki. The grounds surrounding Hilltop House are private to your group, while the two Hideaway cabins are located at a distance from the main house. We recommend arriving by car, as there are no services within walking distance and taxis generally need to be booked in advance. During snowy or icy winter conditions, the final approximately 500-metre uphill section to Hilltop House may require a four-wheel-drive vehicle. In other conditions, you can drive and park directly by the house.
