But big parties cannot be held at our premises. We're committed to maintaining a peaceful environment, and we do take disturbances very seriously. THE DETAILS ABOUT THE SPACE: HILLTOP HOUSE: - 120m² over 1.5 floors - BEDROOM 1 (“FOREST SUITE”): The entire second floor of Hilltop House. Stunning master suite with triangle windows overlooking the forest, a 160cm Matri King bed, day bed (converts into two additional beds that are right next to each other), writing desk, and a large ensuite bathroom with wardrobe space, 2 showers, large vanity with 2 sinks/faucets, and a toilet - BEDROOM 2 (“NEST”): First floor. This is the practical but still beautiful sleeping space designed for group stays. Two bunk beds sleep four guests and that's all there is to the room - GREAT ROOM: First floor. Entrance hallway, toilet and open kitchen, and living area with high ceilings, a cozy sofa & fireplace area, dining tables (6-8 person table + 4 person table + 2 person table), south facing terrace, all with forest views. - WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with a large island. Wide selection of beautiful ceramic dishes, wine glasses, Ooni pizza oven (electric), two refrigerators, freezer, stove, oven, kettle, Moccamaster filter coffee machine and Sage espresso machine. FOREST SPA: - 45m² separate building connected to Hilltop House via wooden terrace (the building is also private for your use only) - BEDROOM 3 (“TUPA”): two single 80cm Matri beds (can be made to a double bed upon request), coffee corner, and two person seating area - FOREST SPA features an authentic wood-heated sauna with direct forest views from the steam room, an always warm Drop outdoor hot tub, two indoor showers, and an outdoor shower - The Tupa-bedroom and sauna facilities are connected through a toilet - The sauna terrace gets amazing evening sunsets during the summer months LOCATION - Hilltop House is hidden alone in the forest and the yard area is fully private - The closest neighbours are Hilltop Forest’s own 3 hideaway cabins located over 200 meters away from the house (only in use during the summer season) CONTENT CREATION AND EVENTS: You can also book the space for photoshoots or events, message us separately. NOTE! In snowy/icy winter conditions, access to the property is possible only with a four-wheel-drive vehicle. Otherwise, it's about a 500-meter walk from the parking area.
