Villa Stenberg's Beach House is located right by a clean lake. Beautifully decorated Beach House has a large terrace with barbecue grill, dining area for 12 people, lounge area and an outdoor hot tub. Kitchenette with all necessary dishes, cooking utensils, a coffee maker, microwave combi oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, and fridge/freezer. Dining table for 10 people. The living room offers wonderful lake views from the comfort of two sofas. The Living room has a big flat-screen TV for entertaining guests or conducting business meetings. 3 bedrooms upstairs. Indoor sauna for 8 people, bathroom with two showers and toilet downstairs. The Beach House sleeps 12 comfortably; maximum capacity 12 people Bedroom 1: 4 people. Two beds with expandable bed frame converting into queen beds Bedroom 2/upstairs lounge: 4 people. Two single beds and one bed with expandable bed frame converting intoa a queen bed. Bedroom 3: 4 people: One queen bed and two single beds We have complimentary SUP-boards and a rowing boat that you can enjoy on the pristine Lohja lake. In addition we have a beach volley court by the lake, trampoline for kids and beautiful nature for hiking. Villa Stenberg is a luxurious property with two rentals: The Villa and the Beach House. You can rent both or just the Villa or the Beach House depending on your preferences and availability. You can find the rental description for the entire estate under name "Villa Stenberg" and the Villa under name "Villa Stenberg - Huvila". Villa Stenberg is very private yet close to services. Centrally located in Uusimaa, about 1 hour from Helsinki and Turku. Closest grocery store and tank station 6km. Closest city 15 min. Sports activities nearby.

Weekday prices starting 350€/day prices include max 4 guests

Holidays and weekends: starting 450€/day prices include max 4 guests

Summer:

Weekday prices starting 595€/day prices include max 12 guests

Weekends: 750€/day prices include max 12 guests



Prices do not include a cleaning fee of 100€ per stay. Cleaning fee will be added to the rental price.

If more than 4 people stay overnight at Villa Stenberg, 50€/person per stay will be added to the total rental price.

Children under 2 years old stay for free

Payment Schedule:

50% due at time of booking.

Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
