A cozy and at the same time classy little well-equipped cottage right next to the Ylläs ski slopes and sports routes, less than 1 km from the Ski Resort Ylläs ski center in Ylläsjärvi's Tunturipalo. At the cottage, you are at peace by the beautiful nature of Lapland, but at the same time so close to good services. Best suited for six vacationers. The cottage has three bedrooms with comfortable double beds, where you will always find made-up beds. From the living room window you can see the beautiful and steep Ylläs fell in the recesses of the trees. Aamurusko 1 cottage located in Ylläsjärvi, within 37 km of Kolari Train Station or 40km from Kittila Airport. This property offers air conditioning, access to a own small terrace, free private parking and free WiFi.
Living room, kitchen, 3 x bedrooms, one with a 160cm wide double bed with Tempur mattresses, in the second bedroom a 160cm wide double bed with frame mattresses and in the third bedroom also a 160cm wide double bed. The double beds are all fixed and it is not possible to separate them. All mattresses and textiles in the cottage have been renewed in the summer of 2024 and the cottage is always made ready for customers. Aamurusko has an electric sauna and a bathroom with one shower. 2 x toilets, one of which is located in the bathroom.
The kitchen is well equipped, where you can find all the dishes and cutlery. The kitchen's basic equipment includes a Moccamaster coffee machine, toaster and kettle, as well as a microwave. The kitchen is well stocked with bowls, glass dishes and baking utensils, e.g. beater and also a blender. Cooking and baking work well at the cottage, so you prepare all the food yourself, from breakfast to even more festive meals. You can find wine and champagne glasses as well as schnapps glasses in the glass display case in the living room.
In front of the cottage, a small terrace with terrace furniture for six persons and a gas grill for free use by customers during the summertime.
Extras: Mechanical ventilation and air heat pump, flat-screen TV and the possibility to watch sky channels with your own box and card, Harman Kardon-branded Bluetooth stereos. Fireplace, washing machine and dryer. For a child under 2 years old, there is a high chair, a travel bed and a sitter and a potty, and they can be found in the upper cupboard in the hall. The cottage also has a fiber optic connection and WiFi.
Electric car charging station, so hybrid or electric car charging is possible at the cottage. A charging card can be rented for 35.00 eur/charging hybrid and 70.00 eur/full electricity per week. In the yard, there is also a wood storage, where you can find firewood and for the vacationers' free use of sticks and slides, as well as yard games.
Aamurusko 1 cottage is intended for vacations, the cottage cannot be rented for bachelor parties and parties. In bookings lasting a week (7 nights), the final cleaning of the cottage is always included in the rental price. For reservations of less than a one week, vacationers clean the cottage themselves at the end of the vacation. Instructions for final cleaning can be found in the cottage folder. It is of course possible to buy final cleaning for shorter rentals at an additional price of EUR 110.00.
