The first designer apartments of Marina Resort were completed in 2022 with wonderful sea views, the second phase was completed in 03/2023. Each apartment has a glazed balcony facing the sea and its own sauna. The site was built by Kalajoen Rakennus Oy, a local construction company known for its high-quality work. The project was designed by the award-winning design and architecture firm Studio Puisto. From this second-floor apartment, you can admire the sea and the sunset directly from the hot tub on the balcony. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, one with a 160cm wide double bed and the other with 2 x 80cm beds. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The outdoor jacuzzi is available for use for an additional fee of €150/booking only during the summer (1.5.-31.10). During Midsummer, an additional fee of 300 €/booking for the use of the jacuzzi. If the water in the jacuzzi has to be changed after the customer has used it, an additional fee of €500 will be charged. The accommodation price does not include bed linen or departure cleaning. Offer prices are not valid during high season or event times. Linens €15/person delivered, €20/person made, final cleaning €95/apartment. Electric or hybrid car charging €25/stay, if the stay is 4 days or more charging €45/stay. The apartment has cleaning tools, substances, and instructions, so you can clean the apartment on the day of departure. In the apartment, you can find toilet paper, peflets for the sauna, as well as hand soap and washing-up liquid. You can choose additional services later in the shopping cart phase.
