Villa Luxus Helmi 2

At the beginning of summer 2024, three luxurious premium-level villas are being completed in the area of Himos Golf Resort: Villa Luxus Helmi 1, Villa Luxus Helmi 2 and Villa Luxus Helmi 3. Each villa has a total of 210 square meters built on three floors and sleeping places for 23 people! Villa Luxus Helmi 3 will be part of the Helmhuvila complex. We are currently accepting preliminary reservations for summer 2024 festivals and big events; Himos Juhannus festivals, Iskelmäfestivaalit, Jysärit and Secto Rally Finland. The villas will be available for year-round rental, but we will release other times for renting closer to the completion of the villas. Villa Luxus Helmi 1-3 villas are being built in a central location in Himos, in the Golf Resort area, from where it is only about 500 meters to Himos Areena and Center. The villas are equipped with high-quality materials, furniture and crockery, and in addition to that, each villa will also have a large outdoor jacuzzi. On the entrance floor of the villa, there is a large dining group for 16 people and a relaxed sofa group where even larger groups can spend time at the same time. High room height and large windows in the direction of Himoks Golf greens bring space and light to the space. The villas can accommodate quite large business groups and groups, as there are sleeping places for a total of 23 people! There are four bedrooms on the top floor of the villa, one bedroom on the middle floor and three bedrooms on the ground floor. The ground floor of the villas has a beautiful bathroom and a sauna, and in addition there are toilets on all floors of the villa. From the middle floor of the villa there is access to a large terrace with a dining area and a gas grill. From the ground floor there is access to another terrace, which also has a sitting area and a large covered outdoor jacuzzi. The sauna and the bathroom are located on the ground floor, and from here you can easily go straight out of the sauna to cool off or to the outdoor jacuzzi. OTHER EQUIPMENT (to be specified along the way): Blanket and pillow x 23, cleaning equipment, washing machine, drying cabinet, TV and gas grill. Bed linen and towels can be booked separately for €15/person. When you reserve bed linen + towels. There is is also available e.g. Flip board, children's travel cot, high chair, etc. Please ask about them separately when making a reservation. OUTDOOR WHIRLPOOL: The villa has a large outdoor jacuzzi that can be rented for use if desired. The price of the outdoor jacuzzi during festivals and event weekends is 350€/booking at other times 250€/booking. PLEASE NOTE: The villa can be used from 16:00 on the day of the reservation and the handover is on Sunday at 12:00. Earlier check-in and later check-out are also possible, please ask for more information when making the reservation. Pets allowed.
