Horisontti A is a beautiful and high-quality semi-detached villa completed in the summer of 2019 in the area of Himos Golf Resort. The large windows and terrace of the semi-detached villa have a direct view of the wonderful golf greens. Although the villa is located in its own privacy, it is only a good kilometer away from Himos Areena and Center! A communicating door has been built between Horisontti A and B, and thus two halves of a semi-detached villa can be converted into one large villa. If your group rents both sides of the villa, you will have one large villa with 20 beds.
Facilities of the villa:
The ground floor of the villa has space for hanging out, watching TV and cooking. Downstairs is an I-style kitchen and there you can find good cooking utensils, comprehensive tableware, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster and household appliances; stove, fridge-freezer, oven and dishwasher. The space has a dining set for eight people and a sofa bed. Downstairs there is a bathroom with sauna, shower, toilet and washing machine. There is another toilet upstairs.
The villa is equipped with an outdoor jacuzzi, and you can easily jump from the heat of the sauna directly into the bubbles! The terrace also has a gas grill, table group and seating area. There is a carport in the yard of the villas.
Sleeping facilities:
Horisontti A has sleeping places for a total of 10 people. The downstairs bedroom has two separate beds and the upstairs bedroom has four separate beds. Upstairs there is also a good-sized alcove where a double bed has been placed. In addition to these, the sofa in the downstairs living room can sleep two more people.
Other equipment:
Blanket and pillow x 10, cleaning supplies, washing machine, TV, hair dryer, children's travel bed and high chair. Bed linen and towels can be booked separately for €15/person. When booking bed linen + towels, Himoslomat will deliver these to the cabin before the start of the reservation. In addition, the villa has a WiFi connection.
Outdoor jacuzzi: The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi, which can be reserved for use if desired. The price of the outdoor jacuzzi during festivals and event weekends is 220€/pc/booking, at other times 160€/pc/booking.
Please note: A mandatory departure cleaning fee is added to all reservations. During event times, such as festivals, the price of cleaning is €190/booking, at other times €110/booking.
The villa can be used from 16:00 on the day of the reservation and the handover is on Sunday at 12:00. Earlier check-in and later check-out are also possible, please ask for more information when making the reservation. A €15 service fee is added to each reservation. No pets allowed.
